A Little About Me

Deirdre Tindall was born in Colorado as one of twelve children in a family of 9 girls and 3 boys. Growing up in a very entrepreneurial family, her father owned a wine business during her formative years. Deirdre’s formal education was unconventional, as she learned real-life skills by working in the family business rather than attending a traditional school setting.
Deirdre’s journey is marked by resilience, as she has overcome significant challenges, including battling eating disorders and enduring physical and mental abuse. Despite these hardships, she refuses to be defined as a victim and instead uses her experiences to drive her forward. Growing up in a competitive and tumultuous household, Deirdre’s unwavering determination propelled her to pursue her higher education in Connecticut, where she earned a full-ride scholarship to play Division 1 tennis. This early experience, combined with her extensive involvement in marketing and sales spanning over 20 years, has shaped her into a dedicated professional with a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
For the past seven years, Deirdre has successfully run her own marketing agency that caters to small to medium-sized companies. With a focus on the wellness industry, she has collaborated with various practitioners, leading her to transition to a more natural, holistic, keto lifestyle. Deirdre’s approach emphasizes listening to her body, real foods, and intermittent fasting as part of a healthy lifestyle.
Drawing from her personal challenges and transformations, Deirdre discovered a passion for health, life, and business coaching. Through her coaching practice, she empowers her clients to navigate obstacles in their careers, family life, and overall well-being. Deirdre’s journey mirrors the struggles that many face, and her ability to find balance and empower others to achieve their optimal life sets her apart as a compassionate and experienced coach who truly understands the complexities of life.
Community is very important to Deirdre, and giving back is part of the mission of her company. When you choose to work with Deirdre, a portion of your dollars goes right back into the local community. She also cares about the things you care about and often supports non-profits that are important to you.
Deirdre started her Wellness Circle and named her company this because she believes it takes many different elements to help one perform at their optimal best. Everyone’s “wellness circle” looks different. For Deirdre, her wellness circle comprises therapists, personal trainers, God and daily devotionals, good food, exercise, meditation, affirmations, and much more. All of these things work in harmony to help Deirdre function at her best. Her driving mission is to help others achieve their best “wellness circle” so they too can do the same.
